Refund policy

Please note all of the following items are considered final sale and ineligible for return:

-All items marked sale or final sale

-jewelry, beauty, food, purses/bags, any items for your head, undergarments.

2. To be able to keep our prices as low as possible, all eligible returns will be as store credit ONLY. 

3. Returned items cannot be worn, washed, stained, or damaged-we have the right to refuse any item as damaged. 

4. Items that appear to have stains, smell of smoke, or pet hair will not be accepted. You will have the option to pick up your item for 14 days from date received and then it will be discarded with no credit given.

5. All items must be returned withing 10 days of receiving--NO ACCEPTIONS

6. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the sender.

7. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We apologize this is out of our control and we encourage you to use your tracking and contact the proper carrier if an issue arises. 

8. All gift cards/coupon codes will expire 6 months from the issue date. They cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds will be given.
